Overview
Restores the default Dev and Nightly sidebar stage art by stopping global color-mix night palettes and wiring dedicated CSS tokens for glows, sparkles, cyan/violet accents, and grid lines.

SidebarStageBackdrop now reads those tokens (e.g. --stage-night-glow-highlight, --stage-night-sparkle, --stage-art-grid-line) so default blueprint accents and nightly sky/cloud colors match the original T3 look again.

Built-in themes are unchanged in spirit: t3-chat, ocean, and iris still derive nightly skies from theme art via color-mix; grove, ember, and the rest map the new accent/glow variables to their existing theme pigments through :is(html[data-theme-id=...]) overrides.

Restore default stage artwork colors for blueprint and nightly sky themes

• Updates CSS variable references in NightlySkyArt and DevBlueprintArt SVG components to use new, more specific variable names (e.g. --stage-night-glow-highlight, --stage-night-sparkle, --stage-art-grid-line).
• Reworks default and theme-scoped CSS variable definitions in index.css, introducing explicit base values for night and blueprint palettes instead of color-mix derivations.
• Theme-specific overrides (t3-chat, grove, ocean, ember, iris) are now applied via :is(...) selectors, so each theme correctly maps the new variables to its artwork colors.
