fix(web): stop wrapping partial code block selections in markdown fences - #5069

Selecting text inside a code block and copying returned the text wrapped in markdown fences and a language tag, because the serializer treated every <pre> fragment as a full block. When the selection's common ancestor is inside a <pre>, return the plain selected text instead. Closes pingdotgg#4741
