fix(web): scale command details with code font

Problem

Expanded Ran command details used a hardcoded 11px font size. Increasing the code font size in Settings therefore enlarged code blocks, diffs, and file previews while command details stayed tiny.

This made frequently inspected command output difficult to read and broke the expected behavior of the appearance setting.

Root cause

The expanded tool-detail <pre> bypassed the existing --font-size-code appearance token with a fixed text-[11px] utility.

Fix

• Size expanded tool details with --font-size-code.
• Preserve the existing 11px fallback when no preference has been applied.
• Cover the shared expanded-detail style with a focused regression test.

Because commands, command output, MCP data, and other expandable tool details share this render path, they now scale consistently with the configured code font.

Note

Scale tool call expanded body with --font-size-code CSS variable instead of fixed 11px

Replaces the hardcoded text-[11px] class on the expanded tool call <pre> element in PlainWorkEntryRow with a new exported constant toolCallExpandedBodyClassName that uses text-[length:var(--font-size-code,0.6875rem)]. A new test asserts the class uses the CSS variable and not the fixed pixel value.
