LGTM. One of those things that's hard to eyeball though. Will have to look at the generated artifacts and poms very carefully next release.

After this is proven out, we can consider automating the staging promotion.
I'm not sure the artifacts will be available when we expect for attaching to the release notes. This will need to be verified during a release.
