Add the D79 devicetree for the iPhone SE 2020. Enable the same minimal bring-up scope as D421: serial, PMGR, AIC, loader-populated framebuffer, and USB device mode. Use the D79 ADT atc-phy tunables for the USB PHY cfg values. Signed-off-by: Yuriy Havrylyuk <yhavry@gmail.com>

Merging iPhone 11 and iPhone SE into main because they are t8030 and the identifiers are utilized correctly
