Prepare DiffZip 0.1.11 release

Prepare DiffZip 0.1.11 as a patch release so keyboard focus rings remain visible inside footer action areas.

Summary

• Bump package.json, the lockfile, and manifest.json from 0.1.10 to 0.1.11.
• Record 0.1.11 and its unchanged minimum Obsidian version in versions.json.
• Add the user-facing fix to updates.md.

Rationale

PR #22 adds 3 px of right and bottom space around footer button rows. This accommodates Obsidian's keyboard focus box-shadow inside the restore, selective-sync, and backup-progress dialog bounds.
