Bump the packaged auto-injection version too

For .NET Framework and netstandard consumers that do not declare Polyfill themselves, the shipped src/TUnit.Core/TUnit.Core.targets still sets _TUnitPolyfillVersion to 11.2.0 on line 11 and uses it for both Version and VersionOverride. Consequently, this central update does not upgrade the automatically injected dependency for those users; update the packaged target's constant to 11.3.0 as well.
