What Changed
Remove the temporary +tarik02 tag matcher and its TODO from the stable release sequence resolver.
Why
The matcher only carries sequencing across the version transition. Merge this after release PR #95 has published v2026.7.2901, when plain stable tags can own the sequence by themselves.
