feat(javeriya-skills): add Javeriya's three design skills

A second, independent 3-skill design system, for Javeriya A. ("the trusted
voice in AI & Tech" on LinkedIn), built on the same pipeline as the first but
in her own visual language, drawn from her profile banner.

HER SYSTEM — the palette is sampled from her banner, not picked: a near-black
stage, one fire gradient (#D60802 to #FD4F02, the exact run of her "Be in the
Top 10%" pill), white type, and her Jav & Co crimson. Type matches the banner
too: Geist for the bold-to-regular split in "Get Noticed By The Right People",
Fraunces Black Italic for the one burning word, as in "On LinkedIn.". Geist was
chosen over closer-looking options that another creator in the same circle
already uses.

THE SPOTLIGHT is her signature law: every sheet is a dark stage and exactly one
block is lit in fire. It turns her promise (get noticed, be in the top 10%)
into the layout itself — every sheet picks a winner. Each design note must say
WHY LIT, and the lit card must still win in the grey render, so the spotlight
is earned by structure rather than carried by colour. Motion is two movers:
quiet cards arrive, then the spotlight ignites from charcoal to fire.

ENGINE — ported from the first system's tested build, grey-gate and autofix
scripts. The structural checks are swapped for hers: exactly one spotlight,
exactly one fire word inside the headline, at most one tag pill, and a new
frame-one check that the headline and footer are visible at t=0, because a
paused feed shows frame one.

Ships with her real photo, cropped from her profile picture, and her own
"DM for collaborations" CTA from the banner as the footer. Two of eight frames
are built templates (Spotlight Grid, Versus); six are fully specified. Adds a
sponsored-sheet policy, since she runs brand collaborations: a sponsor is lit
only if it genuinely earns it.

Verified: both templates 10/10 grey gate, autofix clean, 2160x2700 static, GIF
and MP4; autofix refuses to auto-resolve extra spotlights and steps an
oversized headline down until it clears; the combined zip runs the whole chain
from a clean-room extract. No other creator is named anywhere in her files,
checked inside the built zips.

.gitignore: her scripts/ folders are un-ignored, as the first system's were.

+It runs the chain and stops twice:
+
+1. **Pick the layout.** Three design notes, three different frames, each saying which card gets
+   lit and why. She picks one.
+2. **Approve the grey.** The structure with the fire stripped out. If the lit card still wins
+   in grey, the design is sound.

+Then it builds, runs the craft gate, and exports:
