Implement email notifications for curators, summarising the current activities in the registry.
This can be send every Monday under the title "SeqCode Registry Summary".
The notification can be categorised as below:
- new names submitted to the registry
- names awaiting review (those include both new names and partially reviewed names)
- names that have been validated
- names that have been flagged as exceptions by a submitter (meaning a bit more of curator's time and effort to validate those and come to an agreement; can be part of the standards group duties)
