Removed the option to skip tests during deployment.

It is the execution of unit tests in the CI/CD pipeline that reveals the failure of certain tests, not the command-line change itself, which is not incorrect. This merge request is therefore valid and acceptable, even though its pipeline has failed. If your project’s workflow prohibits merging under these conditions, please fix the failing tests, and I will rebase my branch. |
