pydocstring doesn’t preserve prose return sections

I’m working around it in scanpy using this hack: https://github.com/scverse/scanpy/blob/pa%2Fscverse-misc/docs/extensions/returns_prose_wrap.py

We should wait until we roll out scverse-misc to more packages until ryumasai/pydocstring#26 is fixed or include a variant of this hack here directly.
