Game crashes when joining back into game after death

Context

I died in the nether from lava and when i tried respawning the world my girlfriend hosted with essentials the game completely crashes. we tried everything and when i try joining after she hosts the world again the game crashes again. here is the crash report: https://mclo.gs/rFB1wfG
