Please update the "clippy_lints" dependency

Currently rls cannot be compiled because of some error in crate clippy_lints and now those problems have been fixed. After updating the clippy_lints to latest git rev, everything goes ok. Could you please update the dependency rev so that rls-preview can be shipped in nightly channel? I can't live without rls orz

The clippy revision in the nightly releases is overridden to use the same revision as clippy itself in rust-lang/rust. Clippy has been recently updated there which also fixes rls rust-lang/rust#55681. This means rls should be in the next nightly.

The versions in the Cargo.toml are for development, though are generally be kept up to date with what's in rust-lang/rust.
