Added KNN, updated one command in CONTRIBUTING.md so it would work on my (and hopefully other people's) machine, and updated .gitignore.
We get the line graph, do KNN on that, and return the s-walk distance ≤ the k-th smallest distance, including ties included. I'm happy to discuss this further, and am hoping to contribute more helper functions and larger algorithms to hypernetx in the coming months!
