main account suspended #166193

Select Topic AreaQuestion BodyMy main GitHub account was suspended without any reason. Now I'm unable to create a support ticket. GitHub is asking for phone verification when I'm trying to create a ticket, but after submitting my number, they are showing: 'You've reached your request limit, please try again later.' I tried submitting it earlier, but they were showing 'wrong number' even though my phone number is absolutely correct. What should I do? |

Hi @KingShuvo This community is managed by GitHub employees, but it is not a support forum. The only place to go for answers to account-specific questions like this one is opening a ticket on our Support page. This is a public forum, and the community is unable to assist with nor escalate your ticket, but we can assure you it is in the right place. It will be answered in the order it was received based on our team's resources and the amount of tickets ahead of yours. We appreciate your understanding! |

I have this exact same issue. @shinybrightstar How am I supposed to open a ticket on the support page if I can't open a ticket in the first place? I completely understand that this isn't the intended place for this, but it's been days without response or remediation from GitHub about this issue, and it's incredibly frustrating. If the way to fix the bottleneck is to go to the bottleneck, then what do I do?
