The migration guide already includes projectUrl migration info:

• Breaking Changes table includes Remote storage row
• Remote Storage section explains how to migrate from projectUrl/projectSecretKey to hub.remote: true
• Checklist includes the migration step

I didnt see on production docs any thing that you mentioned.

On this page if you cmd+f word "remote" will be nothing.

Checklist didnt included

Table didnt

And page doesnt include section Remote Storage section.

hub.remote doesn't exist. The can be activated remote: true per-binding in wrangler.jsonc:
