Context
NUS added a new "Additional Information" field into their module system which allows module administrators to include additional information on NUSMods. This PR:
Implementation
Implemented it. This version is a little ugly and can do with some CSS tweaking, but I will adjust that in a subsequent PR because NUS wants it out now.
