Reduce meeting frequency to monthly

Currently, we are meeting every other week, but it is due to low attendance and not many actionables, we are mostly skipping most of them.

Instead of having every other meeting with just a few items, I propose we have a monthly meeting with more items and topics to discuss.

For what is worth, there's a weekly OpenJS Security Collab Space where I and @UlisesGascon actively participate and any insights from there are also applicable to Node.js projects.

According to https://github.com/nodejs/admin?tab=readme-ov-file#calendar-maintainers you're supposed to have permissions.

I suggest opening an issue in admin then to either get you the appropriate permissions or to remove you from the list. And maybe reach out to any of the other admins to see if they can help you change the entry.
