Free/Busy processing for shared calendar doesn't consider event organizer status

Steps to reproduce

1. There must be Nextcloud calendar shared with you by somebody else.
2. Shared calendar must be added to Thunderbird (v60.5.1).
3. Create event in shared calendar from Thunderbird.
4. Start to create another event in shared calendar from Thunderbird. Event time frame must be intersected with previously created.

Expected behaviour

Organizer must be marked as "Busy" in Thunderbird "Invite Attendees" dialog timeline.

Actual behaviour

Organizer is marked as "Free" in Thunderbird "Invite Attendees" dialog timeline.
Note: If organizer creates event in his private nextcloud calendar, the Free/Busy processing is correct.

Won't fix.

Starting with Nextcloud 17 it won't be possible anymore to send invitations in shared calendars.
See #15676 (comment) for the reason.
