Add "Search" category

With the advent of FullTextSearch and its related framework apps, it would simplify and clarify the end user experience if existing and future search applications were available in a separate subcategory within the App Store, much like Multimedia and Organization have their own sections.

New appstore API was added in 11: nextcloud/server#1940

Let's consider adding this category once we have more than one app from a single developer. Looks like only full text search is in this category

I have 4 apps that require this new category but cannot upload them as:
