The NodeSet CRD supports procMount (added in nebius#1980) and the operator renders it in the StatefulSet, but the nodesets Helm template does not pass it through. This prevents Helm-based deployments from setting procMount without manually patching the rendered CR.

- Use full paths for SPANK plugins in plugstack.conf (e.g., /usr/lib/slurm/chroot.so instead of bare chroot.so). Fixes dlopen failures on systems where the plugin directory differs from the default shared library search path. - Add procMount passthrough to nodesets Helm template security block, matching the existing CRD support added in nebius#1980. - Document procMount in nodesets values.yaml.
