変更はpackage-lock.jsonのみで、package.jsonの範囲指定^0.108.0の更新は不要です。リリースノート上の実質的な変更はクラスタRPCのシリアライズバッファ上限を設定可能にするもの(Effect-TS/effect#6803)のみで、破壊的変更や非推奨API、セキュリティ修正は含まれません。
本リポジトリでの利用はsrc/hooks/*.tsでのNodeContext/NodeRuntimeに限られ、cluster/rpc/workflow系のAPIは使っていないため実質的な影響はありません。問題は見当たりませんでした。
