Play option in context menu erroneously using c-button CSS #8303

Summary

When a table view is paused, the Play option in the main view's context menu is having c-button applied to it, and is visually broken.

Expected vs Current Behavior

For consistency, the option should just toggle to a normal menu option with the play icon.
