Play option in context menu erroneously using `c-button` CSS

Summary

When a table view is paused, the Play option in the main view's context menu is having c-button applied to it, and is visually broken.

Expected vs Current Behavior

For consistency, the option should just toggle to a normal menu option with the play icon.

• Deployment Type: local
• OS: macOS, any

Testing Notes

1. In a scrolling table view, pause the view by clicking a row | clicking the main view's Pause button | selecting "Pause" from the main view's context menu.
2. Click to display the context menu, verify that the Play option appears similar to other menu options.

3. Verify that the view's main Pause/Play button is still colored with the yellow highlight style.
