[Feature] Phase 2a (#521): Product resource shell — design + update

Blocked: maintainer ACK на подход к Vue resource shell (обсуждение в #350).

Scope

Design note + миграция product update с Ext modx.panel.resource на Vue shell.

Текущее состояние

• Vue tabs: product-tabs.min.js (Properties, Gallery, Categories, Links, Options)
• Ext: product/update.js, product.common.js, modext resource stack, ms3.combo.js для полей

Tasks

• Design note в PR: TVs, security, document fields — Vue vs hybrid MODX widgets
• Vue shell для update: убрать Ext tab injection в product.common.js
• Controller product/update.class.php: минимизировать modext load
• Сохранить save/publish/TV flows
• Не добавлять special-case в shared Ext paths

AC

• Product update работает end-to-end без Ext ms3 product/*.js
• Design note приложен к PR
• Closes часть [Feature] Tracker: убрать ExtJS shell менеджера (resource forms + tab panels + ms3.combo) #521 (Phase 2a)
