README contributing bullet uses awkward 'additional and new content' wording

I noticed a small wording issue in the repository README under the Contributing section.

Current bullet:

Review the documentation and make pull requests for anything from typos to additional and new content

The phrase additional and new reads a bit redundant / awkward. It seems like this probably intended either:

• ...from typos to additional content
• ...from typos to new content

Small thing, but I figured I would report it in case maintainers want to tighten the wording.

The fix changes '...from typos to additional and new content' to '...from typos to new content'
