VSCode Java debugger can't show List (size >= 2)

Environment

• Operating System: macOS
• JDK version: 1.8
• Visual Studio Code version: 1.70.1
• Java extension version: v1.9.0
• Java Debugger extension version: v0.43.0

Steps To Reproduce

When debug, unzip the RegularImmutableList (item >= 2).

Print usingStream: Format specifier '%s'
