Need to collect Fiddler logs with HTTPS intercept enabled and share them with @Hirsch Singhal from GitHub to debug.
Vineeth reproed across multiple OAuth clients and browsers so it appears to be a GitHub-specific issue.
This reproes most consistently when the user is already authenticated in the browser and has already authorized the OAuth client previously. Connecting an account at that point passes through AUTHN and AUTHZ and lands the user on the redirection page shown below. In the repro scenario, the redirection page is blank.
