Customer Impact
This PR softens the constraint around requiring .NET 10 RTM for app host single file support to accepting even pre-release .NET 10. This reduces the requirement to set a config value in addition to the feature flag reducing some user friction.
Testing
Automated test was added. Plus manually verfified.
Risk
Low.
Regression?
