Updates the autonomous loop’s ranked work queue to reflect recent progress and reprioritize the next highest-impact work for keeping the getting-started path reliable and race-clean.
Changes:
- Removes the already-shipped first-agent chat/inspect fixture item from the queue.
- Promotes the CI race fix for the zero-to-hero CLI output polling test to the top priority.
- Keeps cross-provider conformance and provider failure resilience next in roadmap order.
