Description

Changes made to the Default Model field in the Amazon Bedrock provider configuration are not being saved. Although a "You're all set!" message appears, the field reverts to its previous state when the edit configuration is refreshed or reopened.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Edit an Amazon Bedrock connection.
  2. Modify the values in the Default Model field.
  3. Click Continue. A success message is displayed.
  4. Re-open the configuration or start a new session.
  5. Observe the Default Model field and the model dropdown list in a new session.

Example Value

pi/global.anthropic.claude-haiku-4-5-20251001-v1:0, pi/global.anthropic.claude-opus-4-5-20251101-v1:0, pi/global.anthropic.claude-opus-4-6-v1, pi/global.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-20250514-v1:0, pi/global.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929-v1:0, pi/global.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-6, pi/us.anthropic.claude-haiku-4-5-20251001-v1:0, pi/us.anthropic.claude-opus-4-1-20250805-v1:0, pi/us.anthropic.claude-opus-4-20250514-v1:0, pi/us.anthropic.claude-opus-4-5-20251101-v1:0, pi/us.anthropic.claude-opus-4-6-v1, pi/us.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-20250514-v1:0, pi/us.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929-v1:0, pi/us.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-6, pi/eu.anthropic.claude-haiku-4-5-20251001-v1:0, pi/eu.anthropic.claude-opus-4-5-20251101-v1:0, pi/eu.anthropic.claude-opus-4-6-v1, pi/eu.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-20250514-v1:0, pi/eu.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929-v1:0, pi/eu.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-6

Expected Behavior

The updated model list should be persisted and reflected in both the configuration settings and the session's model selection dropdown.

Actual Behavior

The field reverts to the old values. This occurs regardless of the authentication method used ("IAM Credentials" or "Environment (AWS CLI)").
