Flink and Spark support can be found at Cloudflow contrib in the future.
Flink and Spark Operator based support was already deprecated, this PR removes it from this repo.
Removing sbt plugins for Spark and Flink, move parts of these to cloudflow-contrib, will be done in separate PR.
