Notes

• ECS 1.82.4 → 1.83.0 is the only minor bump. It's an auto-generated client regeneration (new API model fields/operations), which is additive — existing operations are not removed. The repo uses only core, stable operations: ListClusters, DescribeClusters, ListServices, DescribeServices, ListTasks, DescribeTasks (internal/aws/aws.go:521-695). No signature-affecting changes touch these.
• google.golang.org/api 0.284.0 — the repo only imports the iterator subpackage (iterator.Done at internal/cloudrun/cloudrun.go:354,374). That package is essentially frozen; the release is just auto-regenerated discovery clients. No impact.
• Indirect bumps (service/signin 1.1.5→1.2.0, golang.org/x/sync 0.20→0.21, genproto/.../rpc) are transitive and not referenced directly in the codebase.

Suggested follow-up

• CI's normal build + make test_integration (esp. the AWS/ECS env-snapshot suites) is sufficient validation here — no targeted manual checks needed.
