Updating GBIF dataset publishing rules for fish data

I've been working on updating the gbif publishing rules for the FBIS fish datasets published by Mo/SANBI to GBIF (ie., unchecking Publish to gbif on production).

Below is the file Mo shared of the datasets published. Please see the actions and comments in the GBIF publishing sheet:

Some considerations:

• Some datasets have been removed, renamed or merged. It would be good to resolve these.
• Some source refs contain multiple biodiversity modules, including fish. I assume the fish were published to GBIF, but not the other invert or plant data etc. Not sure how we are going to handle these. @dimasciput please let us know if you have any insights on this. We may just have to exclude these datasets.
• Could data have been added to the dataset after publication to GBIF? Especially for databases
