Backward incompatible change: adapted annotateSyntaxProcessor options to new AnnotateSyntax options.

New feature: added "String" and "Comment" annotation types to $annotationTypesToTeX with only TeX annotation and no TeX keys.

* Add `syntaxBox` used as annotation passed to `AnnotateSyntax`, since
new SyntaxAnnotations no longer provides public `SyntaxBox`.

* Add `allowedTypes` argument to `commonestAnnotationTypes`. New
SyntaxAnnotations can annotate strings on RHS of infix `MessageName` and
we don't want them to be put to TeX options since there's no
corresponding key.

* Add `"String"` and `"Comment"` annotation types to
`$annotationTypesToTeX` with only TeX annotation and no TeX keys.

* Adapt `annotateSyntaxProcessor` options to new `AnnotateSyntax`
options.

* Adapt tests.

* Adapt install scripts.
