With tests. `Whitespace` matches `\[IndentingNewLine] since Mathematica v10.1, we backport this behavior.
* Add joining of adjacent math modes in `mmaCellProcessor`. * Rename `$charsToTeX` to `$stringsToTeX`. * Dont't use `getBoxesToFormattedTeX` in `"BoxRules"` option. * Add `mmaCellProcessor` tests of `"StringRules"` and adjacent math modes. * Adapt `$cellStyleOptions` tests.
* Remove `getBoxesToFormattedTeX` unit tests. * Change `getBoxesToFormattedTeX` integration tests to `boxesToString` tests.
Adapt tests.
