Strimpack web client

Web client for strimpack service.

Expects to be rendered by a node process on the server. Application root at App.js. Hydrates existing HTML with embedded window.__DATA__ at index.js entrypoint script.

npm commands:

• start: runs react-scripts development server
• build: builds bundles for distribution
• watch: builds on file change
