ERROR: Failed to build installable wheels for some pyproject.toml based projects (grpcio)

Trying to install from scratch using the recommended method:

Option 1: Using Cookiecutter
cookiecutter gh:grapeot/devin.cursorrules --checkout template

And after the installer asks me a bunch of questions, creates a virtual environment and installs dependencies, it eventually fails.

I've added the output to a log file.

Thanks for the issue! I think it likely is related with this issue: grpc/grpc#38008

The get around may be to use python 3.12 instead of 3.13 for now.
