Thanks for chipping away at this, @Yugenjr! Nice incremental progress. Before this PR the Bengali file still had ~24 English-only paragraphs; after this it is down to ~21. Translations of the sections you touched (Avoid unwanted changes with protected branches, Make it easy (and safe) to report security issues, Security Policy, and Private Vulnerability Reporting) read consistently and keep technical terms (branch protection, status check, SECURITY.md, PVR, SCA tool, etc.) in English wrapped in backticks, which matches the convention the rest of the article uses.

Heads-up: I am not a native speaker of this language, so I have leaned on AI to help spot-check the translation rather than verify fluency end-to-end.

Follow-up suggestion (no need to do it in this PR): the remaining ~21 English-only paragraphs would make a good next pass if you have bandwidth.
