Updates the “Celebrate maintainers” call-to-action on the home “Get involved (partners)” content to use an email contact link instead of a Google Form, aligning with other places in the site that already reference maintainermonth@github.com.
Changes:
- Replaced the “Let us know” URL from a Google Form to a
