Default to selecting all text for Create Gist command

• Right-clicked on editor and opened GitHub sub-menu

• The Create a GitHub Gist command isn't visible

This command is only visible when some text is selected. Because isn't hidden away on a sub-menu, many people won't know this command even exists. If we defaulted to selecting all text, this command would be visible whenever the GitHub sub-menu is open. This would make it a lot more discoverable.
