PROTO-0271B - Checkpoint basis manifest contract

Summary

Introduce the checkpoint basis manifest contract that names frontier, schema, liveness roots, property roots, adjacency roots, provenance posture, content-anchor posture, shard geometry, chunking metadata, and completeness.

Required Proof

Runtime or schema validation tests must reject missing required roots, unsupported schema, invalid frontier, and incomplete geometry with typed obstruction.

• test/unit/domain/services/optic/CheckpointBasisManifest.test.ts:65 rejects empty frontiers with a typed obstruction.
• test/unit/domain/services/optic/CheckpointBasisManifest.test.ts:74 and :83 reject missing required liveness/adjacency roots.
• test/unit/domain/services/optic/CheckpointBasisManifest.test.ts:92 rejects incomplete shard geometry with a typed obstruction.
