required Go version

Hi, 

I've failed to run `make alpine` on Ubuntu 18.04 with Golang 1.10 on Vagrant with the following errors

```
undefined: parseMountTable
undefined: parseInfoFile
```

I get #13 with Go 1.14.

Any ideas how to fix this?
