Oracle handoff instructions had begun to drift between projects, including older model names and duplicated packaging commands. This change points haxe.ruby to the shared public GPT-5.6 Pro skill while preserving this repository's own escalation thresholds, evidence rules, and technical authority. This is documentation-only and does not change compiler or runtime behavior. Verified with git diff --check and by confirming AGENTS.md is the only changed file.

Oracle guidance now reserves the slower, more thorough model for work that is both genuinely critical and unusually hard, materially undefined, non-convergent, or in need of a stronger independent challenge. It supports planning before implementation as well as review afterward. The installed $oracle-review skill now owns the caf-oracle ledger, agent provenance, checked evidence, browser dispatch, recovery, response capture, disposition, and archive. Repositories keep their local thresholds and authorities, while $show-me-your-work keeps only a concise linked decision trail. This documentation-only update was checked with git diff --check and a stale-manual-workflow scan.
