Dark mode text selection (highlight) color is used when the OS set to dark mode but the profiler UI is set to light

My OS is set to dark mode, but I explicitly selected light mode for the profiler UI color theme. It looks like we don't change the text selection color for this case, and it's still using the dark mode colors. It makes the text selection very difficult to see because of the dark text color and background color together.

I think we just need this in global.css:

:root:not(.dark-mode) {
  color-scheme: light;
}

or just make it part of the existing :root declaration so that it gets overridden by :root.dark-mode
