Drag the window to change the size but not in the expectation. (IEP-1382)

Describe the bug
drag the window to change the size, but just the red area changed. (see the screenshots)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'project explorer'
2. Click on 'new espressif idf project'
3. drag the window to change the size
4. See error

Expected behavior
i hope just the white area (template selection) size changed.
