source command for using .vimrc in home directory

Describe the feature that you'd like:

I want to use source ~/.vimrc in my .obsidian.vimrc file so that I can use all my vim mappings across all my vaults

Additional context:

I tried a .obsidian.vimrc file with just the source in it but it did not work.
