Intermittent failures for testChannelMonitor

As the title says, I seem to be hitting intermittent failures for testChannelMonitor in channelStateChange:

It has been a while since I ran these tests, but I do not remember seeing this issue ever. Does extending time waiting for the channel connection help in terms of how often you see the problem on your machine?
