Adds blueprints/aws/federated-identity/account.cloudformation.json at repo root as a single source of truth, and wires aws, cloud_asset_inventory, and cloud_security_posture iac/ directories to it via elastic-package .link files. Validated that LinksFS resolves iac/*.link transparently at build time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
